Join Automation Solutions and take ownership of process development that drives performance, quality, and continuous improvement across a global organization.
In this position, you will work with stakeholders from all functions, and collaborate in a Valmet wide network of process management and quality professionals. You will lead development of a wide variety of processes including R&D, sales, and operative processes, and collaborate with other teams in a cross-functional business environment. You will work with colleagues both locally and globally.
You will own and develop the Automation Solutions management system
You will lead and support global Process Owners in developing and improving processes
You will plan and coordinate internal and external audits
You will collaborate with Valmet-level stakeholders on management system and audit topics
You will facilitate process improvement initiatives and manage development projects
You will manage the Automation Solutions development project portfolio.
Master’s degree in industrial engineering or other relevant field
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Experience in process development and management methods
Understanding of Lean philosophy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead in a matrix organization
Strong documentation skills
Professional English proficiency
Proactive approach
You bring strong expertise in process management and continuous improvement, combined with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures. You are comfortable leading through influence in a matrix organization and driving structured development work. Your proactive mindset and ability to engage stakeholders will enable you to deliver sustainable improvements and strengthen overall performance.
